Once the decision has been made to move forward with a telemarketing project and all agreements have been finalized, a conference call is set up between the customer, the Team Leader, and a Lead Linx senior staff member. At this time project goals and lead qualifiers are discussed in detail.

Lead Linx works with the client to develop a script. Decisions are made regarding the call list. It can be provided by the client or by Lead Linx based on the client's criteria.

Based on the size of the telemarketing project, a team will be assigned to work on the campaign. The team leader will update the group on campaign goals and strategies.

Completion of a project depends on the size of the campaign. A typical 100 hour project usually runs 2-3 weeks. The Team Leader, Team and Lead Linx Senior Staff are always available for conference calls and consultations. We encourage feedback and believe communication is the key to success.

When the telemarketer gets a lead, it is sent to the client within 24 hours. All leads are verified through our Quality Control department.

In addition to receiving the leads throughout the project, Lead Linx updates the call list with current information. Although our efforts are focused on finding new opportunities, we will collect and provide you with data, which can be used for future marketing efforts.

Reports are sent at different benchmarks throughout the project. Typically, reports are sent when campaigns are one third complete, two thirds complete and at the end. Reports will provide you with information such as hours complete, approximate number of dials, number of contacts, number of leads, and number of non-interest. Of course, reports can be customized to meet a client's needs.
