R & G Consulting is a marketing management company with nationwide clients of virtually all sizes. Our founders have been in the marketing business for over 20 years specializing in direct marketing projects for a number of industries. This includes programs for real estate developers, investment bankers, software and high tech organizations, accounting firms, tourist destinations, communication companies and many others.

Although R & G has worked with a variety of businesses, over the last 4 years our primary focus has been in the lease up of new apartment projects and resident retention in existing communities of approximately 300-500 units. In today’s market it takes an aggressive marketing program to be competitive and bring in new tenants. Although there are many great property management companies, most are not experienced nor have the time to focus on direct marketing. R & G operates as an extension of your staff providing something your leasing agents can get excited about - more traffic in the door.

In addition to a focus on apartment lease up and retention, the owner of R & G has spent over 15 years working with high tech organizations such as software developers and resellers. This includes firms such as Microsoft, BEA, and Sage.
